We believe that when we explore what it feels like to be in our bodies in playful and creative ways, we can feel more connected to life -- starting with ourselves, and expanding to the humans and everything else around us!

 We offer custom sessions based on your needs.

Solo

Solo sessions are customized to support you to grow in the directions you desire, while keeping your body safe and happy. We’ll design a unique approach that taps into some or all of the tools we have to offer, including coaching, somatics, creative play, holistic nutrition, mindfulness, various dance modalities, endurance, alignment, and rest.

Social

A single session or series designed especially for your group to advance towards its mission — in unexpected and creative ways. These group sessions are for social justice and nonprofit orgs, businesses and working teams, schools, community groups, friends, and families. We’ll design a blend of tools perfect for you and your crew!
